As a Strategic Partnership Manager (f/d/m) at Temedica, you own the end-to-end data contributor strategy and development, actively shaping our product offerings. You drive structured approaches for partner key account management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that contributes to our expansion efforts. You play a central role in driving the company's strategy forward by leveraging your passion for partnership development and your consultancy skills to work on cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the Strategy Department and CEO's office. This is an opportunity to be on the driver's seat of a highly dynamic startup and use your business acumen to actively shape the future of digital healthcare.

Your Role with us

  • You lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data contributor strategy, including the creation of a contributor matrix and the development of cooperation agreements.
  • You act as the key account manager for our data partners, owning the end-to-end partner management and ensuring proper onboarding, satisfaction, on-time data sources deliveries as well as identifying new collaboration opportunities.
  • You play a central role in driving our global expansion by managing internationalization efforts for data partnerships.
  • Additionally, you drive key strategic projects such as workshops for data partners, documentation for impactful decision-making as well as coordinating and leading strategic meetings in partnership with the CEO’s office.

What you bring to the table

  • You hold a degree in economics, social sciences, or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in a startup, consultancy, or financial services setting, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • You have a proven track record in managing end-to-end strategic projects, leveraging your passion for client and partner-facing activities and enthusiasm to generate impact.
  • You are proficient in both German and English.
  • Big bonus points if you have an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
