Our client, a globally renowned industrial company is seeking a Change Management Specialist (m/f/d), who will play a key role in execution of projects within prescribed timelines and budgets. This specialist will achieve this by driving increased employee adoption and utilization.
The core focus of the Change Management Specialist will centre on the human aspect of change – encompassing alterations in business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structure.
This role necessitates the implementation of change management strategies and plans, all aimed at optimizing employee acceptance, enhancing overall usage, and support the changes that impact the workforce. Ultimately, this approach aims to amplify the realization of benefits, the creation of value, and the attainment of desired results and outcomes.
In addition, this professional will function as an Agile Coach, leveraging their skills in team management, coaching, and mentoring to facilitate the transition of teams from the traditional waterfall model to an agile methodology. Would be responsible to guide on project progression, fostering an environment conducive to experimentation, and ensuring that team members acquire knowledge and experience as they navigate through the process.

Aufgaben
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors.
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Create change management strategy, consult, and coach project teams.
- Challenge existing workflows and processes and remove impediments to agile teams’ success.
- Facilitate the organization’s transition to a continuous delivery model and adoption of an agile mindset across stakeholders.
- Monitor and communicate progress of agile teams’ key metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) to stakeholders (e.g., IT and business leaders).
- Keep up to date with corporate policies, practices, and industry trends concerning agile.
- Assist with establishing communities of practice and developing a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Supports global center funded projects, helps to deliver quality for the Company in his/her domain.
- Participating in International Deployment of Business Application Projects in Client’s subsidiaries and affiliates as Change manager.
- Managing stakeholders, monitoring progress, and generating reports.
- Conduct ad hoc projects and work with internal/external teams.
Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s degree and certifications in Change Management, Project Management or Agile Methods.
- 5-10 years of experience in fully agile environment and/or working as Agile Coach/Scrum Master and in change management.
- Good Knowledge about IT Collaboration Tools (Teams, SharePoint) and Office applications and basic knowledge about SAP.
- Familiarity with agile planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally).
- Experienced in developing, delivering, coordinating with external providers to provision training and workshops on agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework) and practices.
- Experienced in change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
- Proficiency of German and English language.
