Skills- At least three years functional analyst experience performing production support of Oracle EBS and Hyperion or comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial system.
- Proficient in Oracle Financials Functional knowledge - experience of implementing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Projects, Fixed Assets and General Ledger in Oracle 11i and/or Release 12.
- Experience adding or changing system configurations.
- Experience documenting and implementing system or business process changes to address new business requirements or implement new system functionality.
- Advanced skills with analysis and design including working with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, system integration and business process redesign.
- Knowledge and experience with multiple types of testing: unit, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance testing and cutover preparation testing.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) and SharePoint .
- SQL skills highly desired.
Responsibilities:B.A. will be responsible for the Oracle EBS system application support, enhancement and projects. The B.A. will gather, analyze, and translate requirements to either recommend an existing solution or develop a solution.The B.A. will coordinate consensus for business process changes to align with Oracle requirements cross-functionally through the organization.Additionally, the B.A. will support the design, evaluation, and implementation of Oracle systems. Provide ongoing evaluation of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with business objectives, identify areas of risk, and areas for improvement. •
