Pay Range $35 - $40 DOE
Max Bill Rate $50.80
Max OT Bill Rate $70.80
The Quality Systems Specialist II supports development, implementation, and maintenance of the Liberator Quality Management System. The individual in this role must work cross functionally both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
• Perform activity required to create, support, and maintain controlled procedures and documents through the applicable processes.
• Ability to draft procedures from scratch interpret required revision based on feedback. Organized to handle multiple ongoing activities
• Assists departments with editing and releasing controlled procedures and documents
• Basic knowledge of Quality System processes administration in a regulated environment. Medical Device preferred. Automotive, Aerospace, High tech will also be considered.
• Strong technical writing and MS Office skills.
• Ability to develop solutions to routine problems of moderate scope.
• Ability to create and present material to management and professional personnel.
• Work collaboratively with functional areas to train, guide, and/or facilitate Training for applicable processes
• Perform activity required to create, support, and maintain administration of Corrective Action, Non-Conforming processes, and Product Hold Processes
• Work collaboratively with functional areas to train, guide, and/or facilitate Training for applicable processes.
• Maintain and manage positive working relationships both vertically and horizontally with the organization while leading and/or assisting in all stages of Quality Management System activity and projects.
Contact is primarily with immediate Manager, project leaders, and other professionals in the site / function

KSA Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
• Knowledge • Basic knowledge of Quality Processes and administration in a regulated environment. Medical Device preferred. Automotive, Aerospace, High tech will also be considered.
• Skills • Strong technical writing and MS Office skills. Ability to draft procedures from scratch interpret required revision based on feedback.
• Ability to develop and provide training once skills are developed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including persuasion, effective communication, objectivity, assertiveness, and thoroughness.
• Ability to create and present material.
Education/Degree BA or BS degree in (major) or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
