An Exciting Biotech Company is Looking for a Recent Graduates! A Great Opportunity to Join an Industry-Leader in Albany, NY!

A local Biotechnology company is looking to hire 9 Manufacturing Document Associates to join their team. This would be a 12-month contract role with the potential for permanent hire that is 100% onsite.

The Manufacturing Document Associates will performs administrative support, clerical tasks and document transport for Mid Scale Manufacturing (MSM)

What you want to know:

Pay: $19-22/hr.
Shifts Available:
Mon-Fri 1^st shift: 8am-4:30pm
   Mon-Fri 2^nd shift: 12pm-8:30pm
   Fri-Mon 2^nd shift: 12pm-10:30pm
   Sun-Thurs 3^rd shift: 10pm-8:30am
   Fri-Tue 3^rd shift: 10pm-8:30am

Location: Rensselaer, NY (onsite)

What you need to apply:

Associates Degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with Excel preferred
Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement

A typical day may entail:

Performs review of executed manufacturing forms, status cards and logbooks
Assists in document storage, including the organization and archival of unexecuted and completed batch records and protocols
Physically transports documents between buildings
Utilizes tracking systems to distribute document correction notifications and monitors status
Prepares routine metrics on manufacturing documentation
Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards
