_Job Description_
As a Project Coordinator you will have the opportunity to support program logistics, scheduling and coordination for critical leadership development programs and strategic initiatives focused on the Technology, Marketing and Products organization at Salesforce. You will report to the Director of Technology, People, Innovation & Learning team (TPIL) with a main focus of supporting our leadership development team on all program logistics.
_Responsibilities_
* Work with leadership program managers to ensure communications, calendar events, resources are completed/updated/executed
* Be a dependable and proactive partner to leadership program managers during leadership programs' nomination process and the duration of the programs
* Coordinate and meet vendors, caterers for live in-person events
* Communicate with SMEs, and external partners for multiple programs and events
* Send calendar invites, reminders, pre-program work, manager notifications, post-event communication
* Ensure all coordination activities for our multiple programs are completed and well-managed
* Produce and/or facilitate virtual learning events using Google Meet
* Proactively look for opportunities to meet internal customer and all stakeholder needs
Mandatory skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Google Applications (including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars)
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience carrying an operations workload, juggling multiple competing business priorities, and working under tight deadlines
_Required Skills/Experience_
* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
* Strong working knowledge of Google Applications (including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars)
* Knowledge of using Slack, including workflows, etc.
* Doesn't need a ton of supervision - self-starter and problem solver
* Thrives working in a high-tech company
* Incredible self-motivation and ability to organize work and juggle many small details
* Proactively communicates with team, ensuring that all work is well-managed without supervision
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience carrying an operations workload, juggling multiple competing business priorities, and working under tight deadlines
* Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
* Work well in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
