Job Summary: Business analyst with proven experience in payments and liquidity management products. Good understanding of AML, OFAC, and other regulations is nice to have. Strong fundamentals on Business analysis operations: Requirement gathering, Product backlog management, User story creation etc.
Additional Skills Required:
Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis work experience in a Software Development Project and in Cash & Liquidity Management, Payments , Interest Calculation, Regulatory compliance
Experience in Lean/Agile Methodologies and knowledge
Experience using tools like JIRA or confluence
Experience in Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development will be an added advantage
Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent informal leadership skills and teamwork skills
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated
