Logistics Coordinator I (Professional)

What to look for:

• 2 Shifts - Shifts are M-F 7AM-3PM OR 10AM-6PM/9AM-5PM EST
• Min HS Diploma or GED, or BS Degree is a plus
• A combination of standing and sitting is required for the role
• Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
• Free parking within walking distance, no shuttle
• Support Manufacturing operations and logistics
• Previous Pharm, GMP required
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in similar role
• GMP documentation experience
• Gowning is required in this role
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• SAP experience required
• Teamwork is essential
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

 
Nice to Have:

• MS Office Tools
• 2+ years of experience
• Warehouse experience, cycle counts, picking, FIFO etc. is a plus!
• Accepts direction and feedback

 
Description:

• Onsite Position
• 2 Shifts - please indicate on the resume which shift the candidate is interested in.
• Oversee implementation of program plan(s) across functional areas to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• At entry levels, may oversee a specific project within a program or department.
• Assists in the coordination and management of projects.
• Assist in establishing project timeline, budget plan, resources and headcount.
• Provide support to maintain project plan, timeline and track resource utilization. Prepare reports on project status.
• Identify routine issues which could impede program success.
• May act as internal liaison for project needs, such as interactions with project team members on execution of sub-projects. Request, gather and maintain competitive information.
• Work is closely supervised. Follows standard practices to obtain solutions.
• Contributions are usually limited to task related activities.
• Errors do not typically have a major effect on the organization.
• Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and other personnel in the section or group.
• Years of Experience: 0 - 3 Years
• Min HS Diploma or GED, or BS Degree is a plus
