The range for this role is $20.67 - $26.44/hour
Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. This role includes opportunity to receive an annual bonus target of 5% of annual eligible earnings. Actual bonus amounts are determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance.
In order to be considered for this role, you must be willing and able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in our Melbourne, FL office.

The Job
Facilitate live and remote training sessions that will prepare the Contact Center and its employees for success. Respond to the needs of the audience and the ministry as those needs arise. The role will include such organizational and administrative duties as preparing classrooms and reviewing all materials in advance of a class.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads training and educational programs, services, and activities for the Contact Center
- Assists with coordination of training and educational programs, services, and activities for CCM’s departments and employees
- Works with HR/Training in solving training problems and ensuring the effective utilization of modern training methods and techniques, and promotes the use of training services
- With guidance from the Training Supervisor assists with identifying business trends, employee skill gaps, and other relevant information to assess training needs and develops training plans to assess those needs
- Engage creatively with learners through discussion, role-play, games, scenarios, hot-seat activities, practice, and other innovative efforts
- Deploy a variety of tools such as PowerPoint, eLearning, and Knowledgebase to create realistic opportunities for learners to practice
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry’s Christian beliefs
- Perform all other duties as assigned

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education and/or Experience
- Associate Degree or equivalent plus relevant experience OR combination of education/ experience in Training or Adult Learning required; 1 year experience in instructor-led training preferred.
