Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Provide general support to clients and visitors
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus
