Eram Talent, a global talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Inspection Coordinator to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all health and wellbeing inspections to ensure compliance across all areas of operations. Responsibilities

  • Provides coordination services to the Environmental Health Unit to support the operation of its functions and programs. Assists with the input of data and the collation and development of statistics to report to Company management. Administers data input into Company systems and acts as a focal point for coordinating Environmental Health events with service providers, proponents and contractors. 1- Coordinates day to day activities related to the Contractor Wellbeing program. 2- Inputs data into Company systems as directed by the Environmental Health Unit Supervisor. 3- Carries out data analysis as requested by the Environmental Health Unit Supervisor. 4- Coordinates Environmental Health Unit programs and activities. 5- Supports the Environmental Health Unit Supervisor and Subject Matter Experts with administrative processes within the Environmental Health Unit. 6- Supports the development of presentations and reports for Company management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the Oil & Energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and legislation related to occupational health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
