DSA is seeking a highly qualified Trainer/Helpdesk to join our team in Annapolis, MD.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates in computer science or related field with additional 4 years' experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent analyzing and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creation of all user documentation for training and ongoing support of end users.
