HIRING: PATH INSTRUCTOR

Are you certified - or have been thinking about getting certified - as a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI)? Rising Hope TRC is currently seeking a candidate to fill our open PATH Instructor role.

Position Description:
Responsible for providing therapeutic riding instruction
according to PATH Intl. and Rising Hope TRC guidelines with the utmost attention given to maintaining rider, volunteer, and horse safety.

(some) Position Responsibilities:
• Instruct all assigned riding classes in a timely, professional, effective and safe manner
• Develop and implement appropriate individual rider goals for each rider
• Select appropriate tack and adaptive equipment for horse and rider teams
• Perform appropriate, correct, and safe mounting and dismounting procedures
• Pursue pertinent ongoing training and professional development
