About the team and position
The Total Rewards Specialist is a critical role on the Total Rewards team and is responsible for delivery of various Total Rewards offerings including, equity plans, our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), compensation plans, bonus plans, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
You are an organized, proactive, critical thinker who is naturally curious, analytical, and detail-oriented. You are intrinsically motivated to improve various processes and programs. You have a passion for the employee experience and focus on continuously enhancing communication and education around our various Total Rewards programs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can develop productive partnerships with Talent Development, Legal, Accounting, Payroll, and external vendors to make sure existing programs run smoothly and support business objectives You handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
This role reports directly to the Manager, Total Rewards Programs and is located in our Tempe, AZ headquarters with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
