Our client is currently seeking a Service Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Brackley. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you are responsible for overseeing efficient operation of our Engineers & Office-based Customer Service Team
Responsibilities:
- Team Management
o Manage and Lead a team of Engineers & Customer Service representatives.
o Maintain a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation & continuous improvement.
o Motivate team members & work alongside Department managers to keep operations & mission aligned.
- Technical Support
o Oversee technical operations & assist when needed.
o Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries & service requests
- Customer Service
o Define and uphold service level agreements, go above and beyond customer expectations.
o Maintain & build relationships with larger customers
