Title: Junior Project Manager - Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Team

Rate: $20.00 - $20.740/hr
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is a key role for the Wealth Management Diversity and Inclusion Communications, Culture and Engagement Team. The PM will provide direct support to execute across multiple projects, programs and internal/external channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project manage and execute against our WMDI content strategy, including keeping/driving timelines and deliverables, managing/coordinating with partners including marketing, digital strategy, compliance, legal and risk, creating or managing the creation of ENCs/contracts/invoicing, managing vendors, communicating with multiple stakeholders and being a key member of the all hands-on deck team.
Build and help execute social media strategy through competitive research and tracking of success
Help create pre, during and post event communications and promotional collateral
Create and maintain communication and social media editorial calendars
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Help create and maintain presentations and engagement reports to update all levels of management
Stay organized, focused, and disciplined. Establish, maintain and support strong working relationships with key partners
Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic to promote confidence and trust in their work
Thoughtful interaction, and delivery of content, with cross functional business partners, home office talent and field.
Create and maintain content and documentation; written, visual, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau presentations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong relationship, collaboration and writing skills
Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills
Demonstrable knowledge of tracking tools and/or systems
Must be detailed oriented and focused on producing accurate results
Prior analytical or reporting experienced preferred
Proficient in basic Microsoft software a must; advanced software (Photoshop, Tableau, Jira) a plus
Ability to keep track of simultaneous competing needs and execute on all necessary actions in a timely manner
Demonstrate accountability, transparency and a strong work ethic to promote confidence and trust in their work
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
