<p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><ul><li>Our Shift Supervisors are responsible for the overall performance of a Zapp store during their dedicated shift and, therefore, are one of the key drivers of Zapp’s continued growth.</li></ul><ul><li>To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for motivating people, strong communication skills and a determination to achieve great results and create an exceptional customer experience. </li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise your assigned Zapp Store during your shift, including motivating, guiding and leading your store team</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure customer orders are correctly prepared whilst being acutely aware of the SLAs and KPIs the store operates </li></ul><ul><li>Owning stock management - from inbounding and putaway to cycle counting</li></ul><ul><li>Provide end of shift reports to the next incoming Shift Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Check staff resourcing ahead of time and resolve any issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure correct attendance management procedures are followed when issues arise</li></ul><ul><li>Practising Health & Safety as a maximal priority</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and report on performance during the shift - including escalation of issues</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with the Store Operations Manager regularly to discuss performance improvements </li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Skills, Experience and Attributes</strong><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience managing front line operations teams whilst meeting demanding performance standards</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in the Food, Retail, Hospitality or Warehouse environments (or similar live operational environments).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team by being personally invested in their success</li></ul><ul><li>The ability to confidently and independently lead shifts</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving and organisational skills</li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility to be available for morning, daytime and nightime shifts</li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>About Zapp</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Zapp is London’s leading premium convenience retail platform.
