<p><strong>Senior Manager, Merchandising (e-Commerce)<br>Vauxhall, London</strong><br></p><p dir="ltr">We are seeking a dynamic Senior Merchandising Manager to lead and build out our merchandising team. You will enhance our product range, ensuring our platform remains the go-to destination for luxury convenience retail. <br></p><p dir="ltr">You will be someone who is excited about understanding customer needs, trends and the retail environment with a commercial mindset. Zapp partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver an exclusive range of hand-picked products 24/7, delivered in minutes.</p><p><strong><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and maintain engaging product content on the Zapp app and website.</li><li>Work closely with the Category and Marketing teams to plan and develop merchandising strategies, such as iconic collections.</li><li>Develop features on the online platform and app in close collaboration with the product and technology teams.</li><li>Analyse sales data, customer behaviours, reactions, insights and market trends to anticipate customer needs.</li><li>Define, set up, analyse and report on the performance of the catalogue.</li><li>Devise long-term development strategies for product category.</li><li>Approach decisions in a data-driven, strategic manner to optimise the catalogue offering.</li><li>Liaise with the marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of product categories.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement to ensure operational excellence.</li><li>Assume responsibility for revenue, margin and a great perceived catalogue.</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>3-5 years of experience in a similar role in e-Commerce or digital merchandising.</li><li>Proven track record of creating successful merchandising strategies and managing product assortments.</li><li>A passion for customer experience, with a proven ability to translate customer needs into business strategy.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical skills including excellent knowledge of Google Workspace, in particular knowledge of Looker is advantageous.</li><li>'Fly high & dive deep' mindset, strategic and hands-on at the same time.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><ul><li dir="ltr">Enjoy 25 days holiday per, plus bank holidays </li><li dir="ltr">Private Health Insurance </li><li dir="ltr">Perkbox</li><li dir="ltr">Extended sick pay and maternity / paternity leave pay</li></ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p><strong><br></strong></p> •
