Required Function 1:
Familiarity with a variety of common regulatory licensing concepts, practices and procedures. Develop expertise and provide support in a variety of areas within Regulatory: regulatory compliance and state, federal and international registration practices. Rely on knowledge of applicable regulations and guidance gained through experience to perform job functions. Work closely with, develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities and various team members (departmental and cross-functional). Coordinate with management team to maintain knowledge on all licensing changes.
Required Function 2:
Responsibilities:
Backup to Licensing Coordinator for data entry functions related to internal and external customer licensing
Validate all licenses in accordance with federal, state and county regulations
Maintain on-line customer licensing library in digital format
Backup to Licensing Specialist with item set-ups
Responsible for Region State block/releases on customer APL and in NAVISION.
Hazardous Communication coordinator or Safety Data Sheet distribution and uploads to SPHERA
Prepare and submit required license applications & renewals and agency reports on behalf of the company.
Conduct research of state and federal statutes and regulations in support of company initiatives, culminating in clear and concise written reports of findings.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with representatives of various state and federal regulatory agencies.
Distribute expired license reports to sales and customer service during renewal process
Keep tracking spreadsheets up to date
FIFRA and EPA exempt items and submittal to require states for further approval on label issues
Backup for applying/renewing companys licenses for all branches
Backup for label registrations applying for proprietary product line
