Compliance Coordinator

• Provide customer service to partners and factories regarding program requirements and general requests/inquiries.
• Research discrepancies and conduct analysis.
• Review and vet factory submissions from global partners.
• Research submissions for audit/waiver eligibility.
• Provide global Licensees with the status of factories and guidance towards obtaining approval.
• Promptly respond to inquiries sent to the general program inbox.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in record keeping.
• Generate accurate approved factory lists.
• Promptly issue waiver and audit approval letters while ensuring accuracy at high volume.
• Promptly identify and escalate issues to Licensee support and supervisor.
• Support supervisor on team projects and other duties as assigned.
• Generate waiver assessment spreadsheets.
• Take a proactive approach in supporting the team.
• Be a self-starter with strong follow-through.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and research skills.
• Problem-solving mentality.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft suites.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with factory audits or compliance preferred but not required.
