Experience : 8 to 10 years

Location : Bangalore

Skills Required:-

• Product Knowledge of ECUS built on Micro Controller / Micro Processors (ARM) -- Renesas RH850, NXP, MIcrochip, and Cypress.
• HW - SW Interface knowledge on LCD, TFT, Keyboards, Touch screens etc.
• 2W / 4W ECU software development knowledge
• Hands on experience in Developing an ECU Product from start to launch.
• Product developed with OEM preferred (TVS, Hero, Bajaj, TATA, Mahindra etc.)
• Knowledge on APQP process required.
• Testing knowledge on Design Validation required
• Hands on experience in Leading customer meetings
• Hands on Experience in analyzing product requirements.
• Should possess some Product costing knowledge
• Understand market trends and work with Expert teams to create new products

Role:-

• Lead the Product development from RFQ stage to Production, end to end development.
• Work with OEM in defining the Product requirements at RFQ stage and coming out with Techno commercial proposal
• Lead the Awarded project with proper Time plan and monitor and control the same.
• Work with Cross functional teams (HW,SW, Mech) to get the Deliverables on time against Customer milestones
• Raise Risk at right time and work with respective teams to close before it affects project deliverables.
• Lead supplier deliverables required for the project appropriately
• Follow APQP process and update all project documents in the PLM systems periodically.
• Work with Manufacturing plant to productionise the developed product.
• Able to handle 2 or 3 projects seamlessly from start to launch.
