Role:
Project Coordinator (Auditing)Mandatory Skills: IT Infrastructure Operation, Project coordinator

Total Experience Required : 3-5 years (3 years Relevant exp required) Band B2
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator in IT infrastructure & operation field
- Good team player, self-driven, self-motivated and liaise with different teams such as IT Governance/Infrastructure/Enterprise Solution/Supply Chain/Workday/Financial team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Should be open to work in Late Evening / Night shift based on project needs / customer time zone
- Responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing PowerPoint slides, working with excel tracking spreadsheets, preparing meeting notes
- Ability to gather information, perform analysis, and categorize data
- IT Infrastructure, operations, , Application management knowledge are required
- Previous Audit experience or project lead level/coordinator experience (Good to have)
- Gather Audit Scope, identifying the owners, and scheduling preliminary meetings with the owners/audit team.
