Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information systems or related field.
- 15+ years of overall experience in software development (preferable on enterprise data platforms)
- At least 10 years of Program and Project management experience
- At least 5+ years of experience managing projects in data and analytics platforms
- Ability to navigate under ambiguity in a matrix organization
- Understanding of complex business systems and ability to recommend changes for improvements.
- Hands on experience with agile systems like JIRA, Confluence, Azure devops.
- Excellent Team player
