 Eligibility Criteria:
 
  • Years of Experience: >15 years Technical Experience, >10 years Managerial Experience
  • Current Roles & Responsibilities: Has managed First line Managers, and has previously been responsible for group of >15 people
  • Educational qualification: B. E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or MBA – Graduation degree preferred
  • Quality of Experience: Prior experience in managing Spares/Service part teams preferable order management, order fulfillment, supply chain in large manufacturing operations groups for MNC product-based company.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for Customer Service Function from Lam India
Responsible for specific business processes in support of spares operations, such as
  • Quotation Process, Service/Sales Orders and Consignment Process (Quote to Cash Cycle)
  • Responsible for managing OTD
  • Direct Customer Handling Skills (Preferred global exposure)
Responsible for key departmental activities including but not limited to,
  • Budgeting and Forecasting,
  • Infrastructure management,
  • Hiring, Training and Organization Development
 
Mandatory Skills:
  • Prior experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams of Spares Parts Order management, Spares Orders fulfillment, Spares Parts planning, Procurement/Vendor Management simultaneously working on multiple business processes
  • Proven ability and Experience managing first line managers, especially in a matrixed management environment
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning – setting vision and objectives, creating strategies, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Experience in large industrial company with diversified and globalized supply chain and manufacturing operations along with demonstrated capability to work with global stakeholders
  • Demonstrated skill in decision making and problem solving and experience in making business judgments
  • Demonstrated experience in talent and organization development
  • Familiar with and uses Quality Principles such as Lean, Six-Sigma, etc.
               
 
Desirable Skill:
  • Exposure to new tools & technology in order fulfillment, order management domain will be added advantage
  • Experience in capital equipment industry, e.g., semiconductors, medical equipment, construction equipment, etc
  • Experience in managing global organization
 
Note:
Candidates may be expected to work in shift depending on the business need.
Proposed shift timings are 6:00am to 3:00pm & 1:30pm to 10:30pm
