Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 2+ years of experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc. or other directly related experience.
• Working knowledge of finance accounting systems, business systems, and applications,
• Working knowledge and experience with Oracle financial systems.
• Working knowledge of department specific processes and procedures.
• Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
• Ability to elicit, gather and analyze data.
• Excellent presentation, technical, and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to function in a consultative role.
• Ability to work with vendors.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook email system, etc.
