Who You Are:
You are a passionate retail professional who will lead and develop strong retail teams who build the Curaleaf brand and drive sales. You will bring your experience in multi-unit management to motivate, navigate, and be the sounding board for Store Managers, business partners, and sales drivers. As a District Manager, you will oversee 8 stores in the Phoenix/Tucson area, and will be responsible for building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teams
What You’ll Do:
The daily responsibilities for this role will include P&L monitoring, recording, directing revenue and spending. This will require you to be a forward thinker by identifying opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. You must maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies. While in the field daily you will be representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.
