Requirements

Position:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with and provide support to our Compliance Manager. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of directly overseeing and closely monitoring the activities of our sales agents, ensuring that they are in full compliance requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You will play a key role in preparing reports based on the sampled cases and your diligence in reporting these findings will be crucial in shaping our compliance strategy and driving continuous improvement within our company.

Day to day you will be:

• Ensuring that customers are treated fairly and in accordance with relevant regulations through monitoring and evaluating sales calls.
• Providing feedback to sales agents to maintain standards and support continuous improvement.
• Delivering regular reports to various key stakeholders as part of the compliance reporting process.
• Documenting and preserving evidence to support internal follow-up systems and processes.
• Addressing any compliance-related queries from different areas of the business.
• Effectively liaising and building relationships with all departments of the business and external regulators.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry and legislative changes.
• Undertaking other relevant tasks and projects within the compliance department as required.

About you:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• ·Previous experience in a compliance role, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to effectively navigate compliance frameworks.
• Previous experience in the finance industry is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Passionate about getting it ‘Right First Time’, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Always striving toward customer satisfaction, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• A hardworking, tenacious individual with the ability to communicate well, including the capacity to effectively present ideas and proposals to stakeholders.
