JOB SUMMARY

The Compliance Analyst will assist and support the company-wide Compliance program, Enterprise Risk Management program, and Sustainability program. The Compliance Analyst must be able to perform a wide range of tasks and assist where needed, including periodic support of the legal function, as necessary.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, such as performing data entry, filing paperwork, and preparing reports.

§  Assist in sustainability project coordination and execution.

§  Assist with third-party social compliance audits, including scheduling and coordination with cross-functional teams.

§  Administratively support the Enterprise Risk Management program with the highest level of confidentiality.

§  Support with employee training programs.

§  Communicate with and assist international compliance representatives.

§  Work with international teams to collect data and support projects.

§  Provide general administrative support for legal and corporate compliance activities.

§  Any other duties as necessary from time to time.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video conferencing, and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective research skills.
• Ability to understand regulatory and third-party audit requirements.
• Ability to perform data analytics.
