<p dir="ltr">We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Brand to join our high performing marketing team at Chip HQ in London. We believe that no brand has truly nailed amazing content in finance… Chip is going to change that. </p><p dir="ltr">We are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. In the last 18 months Chip has grown to over 300,000 monthly active users and £4.5bn in assets. We are redefining what wealth means, and challenging the status quo of finance. </p><p dir="ltr">The Head of Brand will be at the center of the business and own delivering a challenger brand in banking. Chip has a real impact in people’s lives managing the wealth of over 300,000 people. We are looking for someone who believes in doing finances differently and how content can cut through in a beige world. </p><p dir="ltr">Next year Chip is taking content to a whole new level. Scaling the content team to 20 people all who need a leader who is inspirational and knows amazing content. This content will be delivered through brand campaigns, social, CRM. <br></p><ul></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">We’re looking for an experienced brand and content leader. Someone who has true experience creating content that gets engagement as well as leading a team. We want someone who understands the importance of brand and how brand affects so many touch points. Brand is the lens we operate in and the candidate needs experience developing a leading brand and how that happens. </p><p dir="ltr">Chip’s culture is very passionate and everyone gets stuck in - although this role is strategic, great leaders at Chip need the ability to get stuck into the trenches when needed.<br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>CRM: </strong></p><p dir="ltr">We are building a state of the art CRM system that automatically communicates to customers to nurture them through their Chip experience. We are building a state-of-the-art CRM engine, designed to nurture users through their wealth journey from start to finish, through the use of automation, AI and ongoing optimisations.</p><p dir="ltr">The Head of Brand will need to own and ensure our CRM (powered by Braze) has amazing email, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards flowing throughout. The content should feel relevant, personal and on brand. You will be working in tandem with the CRM team who own these channels, to collaborate with them in the curation of amazing content. </p><p dir="ltr">The ideal candidate must have a hungry performance & optimisation mindset. It is crucial that the team is focussed on the metrics, but also “how the customer feels” from the communication. </p><p dir="ltr">With our CRM we have a vision to create communications that feel so well tailored that it almost feels like the customer has a wealth manager. The Head of Brand must deliver this vision. </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Brand content: </strong></p><p dir="ltr">Beyond CRM content the Head of Brand is responsible for communications that deliver on Chip’s brand perception. Beit delivered through social media, PR, website or awareness channels the communications must build upon Chip’s brand. </p><p dir="ltr">We are expecting to run brand awareness campaigns in 2025 (and beyond) . It will be your role to make sure these are delivered and executed perfectly. </p><p dir="ltr">These brand touchpoints extend into the actual app and as Head of Brand it would be your responsibility to own the content in the app and user experience. You would work very closely with the UX design team to make this happen. </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Personal finance: </strong></p><p dir="ltr">We believe that no brand has nailed great personal finance content despite there being a huge consumer appetite. The Head of Brand will own Chip’s personal finance strategy and combined with the CRM and brand channels deliver amazing personal finance content. </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Compliance: </strong></p><p dir="ltr">Making sure all content is correctly monitored and signed off through compliance. As Head of Brand it is vital to build amazing relationships with the compliance function and work collaboratively with them. </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Leadership:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">As Head of Brand you will manage a content team of around eight people. You will need to inspire creativity, culture, and a strong work ethic for delivery. You will be one of the extended leaders of the business and it’s critically important that this role builds relationships with different functions as well as c-suite.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong></strong><strong>What we’re really looking for:</strong> ✍️</p><p>Someone with a genuine interest in Chip and is excited about being part of a fast-growing company and our mission to build the investment super app of the future.</p><p>Although we’re in the financial space, and under the scrutiny that comes with it, the current marketing team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile.
