<p dir="ltr">We want a highly creative Copywriter and Content Manager to help craft effective copy for our app and other marketing channels. We have huge plans to deliver an amazing new brand. </p><p dir="ltr">We’re levelling up Chip and making us the wealth app of choice, we envision this being driven in no small way by premium content delivered with a personal touch. </p><p dir="ltr">You’ll specifically own content related to our savings products, working closely with the CRM and product team, but you’ll get exposure to all mediums and content types. </p><p dir="ltr">You’ll be a key part of a dedicated creative team with your work getting a lot of high-profile exposure to millions of people across the country. </p><p dir="ltr">You’ll be given a lot of creative freedom and opportunity to build and grow Chip. <br></p><p><strong>What you can expect to be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the content production and management for all of Chip’s savings products, from the Cash ISA to our easy-access account</li><li>Produce copy for all touchpoints, from emails and blogs, to in-app and website copy</li><li>Own testing and optimising performance of copy </li><li>Work closely with CRM Managers, brand and UX designers to take concepts from ideation to execution </li><li>Help build out new products and features </li><li>Attention to detail and be the wordsmith for the Chip app</li><li>Contribute to wider creative and strategic discussions within the marketing team</li><li>Owning all copy in the app and website and making sure it’s on brand with consistent messaging.</li><li>Building an extensive content library of guides/blogs/landing pages, both in the app and on the website. </li><li>Working with the content and design team to ensure all ads follow our narrative and messaging hierarchy.<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience writing B2C copy</li><li>Financial, tech, editorial or agency background</li><li>A background working with regulated industries (in-house, or for an agency) and an understanding of financial compliance</li><li>You have worked closely with UX designers, developers and product teams</li><li>Experience working with apps, or complex customer journeys/forms</li><li>Someonw ith attention to detail, and knows the correct place to put a comma</li><li>Have maintained large content libraries, with strong editorial skills</li><li>Portfolio that demonstrates an ability to to write copy that “sells” </li><li>Confident working with collaborative design software (eg.
