This is an exciting opportunity for a strategy professional with a strong interest in subscription environments to work with one of the UK’s best-known news brands. Reporting to the Strategy and Business Development Lead and working closely with the CFO and Executive team, you will help develop and drive company strategy.
This role will work closely with the Telegraph’s Strategy and Business Development Lead to support the delivery of our strategy and facilitate decisions on future strategic direction, including:
● Supporting the delivery of strategic projects as part of our transformation, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the organisation
● Supporting the strategic planning progress, including the coordination between departments at the company level and critically assessing and reviewing business plans and key drivers
● Delivering bespoke analysis to inform executive level decision making
● Supporting the development of business plans for new growth opportunities and evaluating M&A opportunities
● Analysing and reporting insights on industry and competitive trends, and changing reader habit
● At least 2 years’ experience working in a leading strategy / management consulting firm
● Excellent problem solving and commercial acumen, driven by strong curiosity and intellectual rigorBenefits
