Vita Green Health Product Company Limited, a well-established leader in the health industry, is seeking a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with a focus on industrial roles, to join their enthusiastic and committed team. With over 700 staff and multiple overseas offices, Vita Green is dedicated to producing and promoting high-quality health and wellness products. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process of industrial roles, identifying talent, building networks with potential candidates, developing job profiles, conducting interviews and assessment centers, and providing strategic guidance to hiring managers. Vita Green is looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, who is willing to take ownership of the recruitment process, and who will be committed to attracting high-quality candidates to join their growing family.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates for industrial roles.
- Develop effective and innovative recruitment strategies to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders, and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, as required, to ensure high-quality candidates are identified and recruited.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool database of current and potential candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and other online platforms, to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, practices, and procedures, including employment laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in industrial recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools/software.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations.
