HR Officer, Resourcing & Onboarding

• Arrange posting job advertisements and update application status in database
• Contact candidates for arranging tests and interviews
• Prepare full set of employment documents and follow-up all logistics arrangements
• Handle general enquiries from internal/external parties
• Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc assignment

• University degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business or other relevant disciplines
• Possesses some related work experience is an advantage
• Customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good planning and organizing skills
• Eager to learn with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team spirit and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and English and Chinese typing
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
