Duration - 6 - 12 month assignment
Location - New York, NY
Opportunity to work in the North America HR Shared Services Program Administration Unit interacting with employees and HRs addressing inquiries and transactions regarding tuition and adoption reimbursement, and military leave administration.
Successful candidates must be able to understand and apply policy statements as well as receive, review and corroborate documentation in support of policy guidelines.
This position requires the ability to work within established service level deadlines, multi-task, work efficiently and accurately, and communicate with customers on critical and sensitive payroll and policy related issues.
Excellent customer service skills, high frequency of regular telephone interactions with employees and HRs, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills are necessary.
Basic Functions:
• Providing information to employees and HRs on policy and pay related issues
• Performing analysis on HR data and policy to determine required actions
• Communicating via telephone and email with employees and HRs on highly complex tuition policy and procedure issues.
• Managing tuition and adoption reimbursement, and military leave administration related transactions
• Performing employee data management activities within established service levels
• Communicating professionally, effectively, timely and courteously .
