Seeking a Campaign Analysis Manager to perform a data-driven role that will conduct analysis to segment and target prospective customers with the goal of improving the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing efforts. This role will engage in campaign tracking & performance for acquisition and retention efforts.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze user behavior, and funnel analysis to drive insights for and marketing team.
- Communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and paid media initiatives.
- Perform in-depth analysis around audiences and attribution to drive recommendations that drive ROAS.
- Manage the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation
- Work directly with cross- functional teams and department leadership to establish a culture of measurement and data-driven decision making
- Request base ad-hoc reports for sales team and investigating commissions
- Marketing program management related to file transfers to third parties
- Email marketing audience segmentation and list help
- Gather and clean data to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Interpret and report data and analyze it using statistical techniques.
- Prepare dashboard and data analysis reports and communicate the findings to internal team members and stakeholders enabling them to make decisions and define data analysis goals.
- Work closely with team members and project managers to understand the analytical requirements and deliver actionable results.
- Recognize business performance difficulties and develop data collection systems and strategies to improve efficiency and quality.

PREFERRED SKILLS- Minimum 3 years' experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platform.
- Experience in data collection architecture and design (Data Layer, Pixels, CDP, DMP, GTM, Commissions, Website Governance and Compliance Technology)
- Proven work experience in data analytics.
- Statistical modelling and knowledge of statistical software like SAS and SPSS.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Data cleansing, Data mining and Data visualization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- A Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record for problem-solving and quality assurance (QA) for Product and Analytics implementations
- Results-oriented – a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals. Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Identifies what needs to be done and has a bias toward action.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with both web and business analysis skills
- Ability to translate, communicate, and distill metrics into a digestible, actionable marketing framework
