INSPYR Solutions, formally known as Genuent, is hiring for a Salesforce Developer for our direct client in Quincy, MA. This position is going to be based fully onsite, therefore candidates must be local to Quincy, MA. We are looking for a Salesforce Developers who will be involved in many different phases of an application's lifecycle and will work closely with different business units within internal business departments to create better business processes and more effective customer experiences. This person will be called on to engage with non-technical team members and use their sharp analytical skills to understand business needs, translate them into specific technical requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Additional responsibilities include:

Force.com/Sales force development experience
Good Hands-on with lightning, apex, visual force, Apex, Triggers
Excellent knowledge of salesforce.com features & limitations (process-builders, Einstein, Big Objects, Workflows, validation rules, translation workbench)
Have done real-time integration through SOAP, REST & BULK APIs
Leads software development independently, typically in a defined highly complex project
Conducting a wide range of highly complex quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
Develops system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
Develops recommendations on process improvements
Determining and making recommendations on software design requirements & best practices.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification
Completed at least a few Salesforce Implementations or Projects - an end-to-end implementation experience preferred
At least 2-year experience developing Lightning components or Lightning Web Components
Ability to effectively work in a team environment with multiple skill set levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Salesforce development experience, including experience managing configuration changes, developing Apex code, triggers, and LWC within the Salesforce platform
Experience Required- 2-5 Years
