MUST:
Experienced Patent Agent
3+ plus years of professional experience
Experience with patent drafting and prosecution experience required
Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor
Knowledge of emerging technologies preferred
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain deadlines
Must be self-driven and self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be registered to practice before the USPTO or be willing to sit for the registration exam
Ph.D in Biotech or Chemistry field required
DUTIES:
Drafting patent applications and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and patent offices around the world
