Applicable software/ hardware/management training & certification (e.g.; specialties like Amazon Web Service architect/engineering)
Able to develop & use exceptionally complex concepts & processes that span multiple organizations and disciplines
Performs multiple tasks at specialist level
Guides and Leads multiple Junior/Mid-level personnel
May be recognized as a SME
Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission
Leadership and Management experience
Key member of team
Oversees or monitors task(s)
Task lead and Provides issue resolution
Provides expert guidance & direction (possibly as SME)
Directs multiple personnel/contractors through entire project life cycle
Master's degree plus 4 years experience or Bachelor's degree plus 6 years experience

DUTIES:
Perform or review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established IA standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies
Validate and verify system security requirements and analysis
Provides visibility into progress and impediments
Design, develop, implement, and integrate IA and security systems and components to ensure sufficient security and compliance
Develop, maintain, and deliver accreditation packages meeting agency requirements for ICD 503 with IC overlay
Contribute to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, and certification and awareness activities for the system
