We’re Looking For A: Senior HR Shared Services Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all Golden Hippo HR transactions in UKG. This role enters all employee transaction changes for the HR department and ensures compliance and data accuracy of all changes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process and maintain employee status, position changes and pay rate changes in the HRIS system.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HRIS transactions and HR policies.
- Facilitate I-9 processing/documentation for new hires and reverifications for current employees. Maintain I-9 files and audit for upcoming I-9 documentation expiration to ensure reverification is completed timely.
- Process onboarding for all new hires and transfers.
- Manage the offboarding process and send exit interview surveys.
- Maintain employee records in UKG.
- Conduct audits of employee data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Manage the relocation request process from employees, including coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions.
- Send out the 90 Day Introductory Evaluation forms to managers and new employees. Collect and track completed evaluations, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on HR metrics and data, including hires, terminations, transfers, and other relevant information.
- Complete password resets and role assignments in UKG.
- Provide support to the HR team in various HR-related projects and initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred)
- 3 years’ HR administrative experience or relatable experience (required)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities and perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees and applicants.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry and transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow through on requests and work assignments.
- Writing, proofreading, and editing.
- HR database and file management skills preferred.

The base salary range is $23.41-$31.25 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
