We have a fantastic opportunity with our finance team where your work will support the growth of our electronics recycling division and influence the company's service to its customers, employees and vendors.
As an Accounting Associate, these are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
- Process and pay settlements to customers.
- Communicate with departments regarding sales, purchasing orders and pricing.
- Create invoices and follow up with customers regarding payment.
- Prepare reports with Excel in QuikBooks online.
- Entering and reconciling credit cards and receipts.
- Assist Controller with year-end tax records and quarterly sales tax.
- Provide backup support to scale office and answering phones.

Requirements to Excel in this Role
- Great customer service, organization and attention to detail are a must in this role
- Must be comfortable with computers, learning new programs and is proficient with Excel, QB, Word and Outlook
- A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and math skills
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and acounting practices
