Job Description
Within the Bureau of Financial Operations, the clerk's responsibility -
* Open mail
* Scan electronic copies of mail
* Update mail log of opened mail
* Process and collect revenue received
* Adaptable to changing priorities
* Proficient in utilizing a Windows based computer
* Proficient in Outlook and Excel
* Able to learn bookkeeping software
* Adhere to the Agency's time and attendance policy
* Answer telephone calls
If experienced, no formal education required. If not experienced, then the candidate must be able to provide evidence of proficient computer skills required (computer classes, reference of past performance, etc.). •
