The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist is responsible for working with the Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections to process and monitor incoming payments, collect outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections including, resolving customer billing problems, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialists will also prepare applicable accounting reports as required, work closely and collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Care departments as well as other Accounting and Finance team members. The role requires effective communication in a professional manner with both internal and external customers, while providing exceptional customer service.
