Job Description:

Pay Range: $17hr - $18hr

Proactive invoice collections (including coding and commenting all accounts).
Deduction resolution to ensure deductions do not continue, invalid deductions are paid back and invalid deductions are credited accurately (including coding and commenting all accounts).
Complete monthly reconciliations of accounts.
Complete reporting assigned.
Prep payments received for data entry.
Daily posting of payments to customers accounts using correct bank account and date.
Daily accurate application of cash receipts based on customers remittance advice which includes clearing invoices and identifying and creating deductions.
Resolving unapplied/unidentified cash receipts.
Completing offset and adjustment requests.
Daily/Monthly cash reconciliation to ensure payments posted balance to amounts deposited.
Ability to work overtime if needed.
Meet or exceed set production goals.
