About the Role
We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator I. The System Administrator I that provides end user desktop and server support via phone, email, and in person. The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The System Administrator participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within client infrastructure and ensures the system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to each clients' needs. The ideal System Administrator I will have a passion for and drive to keep up with the latest technology trends, a hunger for learning, and understands the core principles of good customer service. (This position is remote)
