Infrastructure Project Manager

• This position will report to the Project Management Office (PMO) and will manage Infrastructure & Operation projects.
• Requires working Infrastructure knowledge, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with presenting project status to executives, business partners, and IT engineers.
• Must also have experience managing projects from initiation to closure while also completing all required documentation.

• Create required documentation for all projects as defined by the PMO.
• Manage required stage gate approval processes for projects.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements with both non-technical and technical business partners.
• Ability to communicate and document detailed requirements from the technical team.
• Create and manage project plan through completion of project.
• Ability to identify scope creep and manage change requests accordingly.
• Take ownership for the project, identify issues or risks and escalate if needed.
• Manage project budget.
• Work with vendors on multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the technical teams, and be the go-between for the business and IT.

• PMP
• Infrastructure Project Management Experience, +5 years
• Ability to run multiple projects maintaining quality and control
• Smartsheet experience desired
• Previous facility work, including warehouse builds a plus
