Successful candidate will provide project coordination support for FFIP projects to include but not limited to; cost control (to include invoicing processing, generating monthly cost reports for commitments, actuals and forecasting for all projects within the FFIP platform), scheduling and scheduling coordination between the capital improvement team and production and operations groups. Individual will also, manage the procurement of subcontractors, to include; generating and process requisitions, being the point of contact for NEXTS and Catalyst procurement systems.
Skills:For cost controls, experienced with SAP financial accounting. Based on level, may be required to report earned value/progress reporting and quantity surveying. Will be required to interface with purchasing (NEXT) and accounts payable (Catalyst) systems. For scheduling, experienced with Microsoft Project . Specific experience with construction activity planning, as well as scheduling commissioning, qualification and validation activities. Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or related industry/cGMP environment. Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interface with cross-functional teams. Detail oriented. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, stc.)
Education:BS degree desired; commensurate experience will be considered
