ROLE TITLE: Salesforce Administrator
DETAILED REQUIREMENTS: The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the system – namely Salesforce and the Glovia application. This person works within the system daily to manage data integrity, process effectiveness and user support. Supports day-to-day use of the system. Implements enhancement or maintenance work, managing timelines and resources. This role will work hand in hand with the CRM Senior Analyst to ensure a positive user experience and efficient data processes.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: (Please BOLD top 3 required skills)
• Salesforce Admin certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Experience with the Fujitsu Glovia application or ability to learn this application on Salesforce
• Ability to interface with and influence personnel across JMS
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple workloads and requests
• Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to read, write and speak in English required.
• Bias for action, self motivated problem solver

• Client knowledge
• Experience in supply chain and operations
