Responsibilities:

Oversee Contractor Safety Management
Review and update safety procedures and documentation
Conduct basic risk assessments, safety audits and site inspections
Support Management of Change, Incident and Metrics tracking
Assist in maintaining asset service and maintenance databases
Maintenance of safety and facilities equipment.
Light mechanical work, installing cabinets assembling equipment/guarding etc.
Support all aspects of Environmental Health Safety Programs
Support emergency response teams and systems
Ensure compliance with waste stream management requirements

Education and Experience:

Associates Degree (2 year college degree)
Work experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of general manufacturing safety
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Understanding of basic database tools SharePoint, Sphera, LLumin, SAP Etc.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to frequently sit, stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

Benefits and Ancillaries:
Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
