Rate - $35.00/hr on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $52.50/hr)Job Description:This position will support HR Advisors with reports, presentations, data and procedures analysis, training coordination and project management.
This position is part of the Project Management Office team for International Personal Banking with Client. The primary responsibility is to manage projects from inception to implementation that ultimately increase the capability of our unit to meet the increasing needs of the business in terms of project management partnering with other areas (HR, legal, etc) and line managers and add value to the organization. This position has direct involvement in a number of key projects, including various Corporate initiatives related to capacity planning, business certification programs, change management, and is a critical resource in identifying and solving issues that are related to systems and processes.
Position Responsibilities: • Redesign processes and business procedures to ensure related areas and line managers are focused on the right work.
• Research, develop and implement practices and procedures designed to eliminate bureaucracy and inefficiencies and improve service quality.
• Develop recommendations for re-engineering and/or improvements to process, policy, or procedure.
• Manage different MIS reports, metrics and projections required by the business
• Track issues and deliverables and drive them to completion.
• Create implementation plans and communications for initiatives.
• Coordinate training as necessary as part of the project management office to ensure tracking and development of new capabilities and understanding of platforms and business models as required.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
• Experience in Human Resources or personnel related matters
