Exec is looking for Executive Coaches to work directly with our corporate clients. In this role, you'll help C-Level and VP-level leaders achieve their goals faster, with better results, than they would alone. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to help them reach a higher level, improve team performance, communicate better, manage conflict, and more.
As an Executive Coach on the Exec platform, you get to spend more time coaching and less time grinding away at sales and marketing.
This role is a flexible, fully-remote, contract role for US-based coaches.

Responsibilities
- Coach clients to achieve their career and leadership goals through 1:1 remote video sessions
- Retain clients by understanding their needs, helping them craft a plan, and working with them over time to execute on that plan
- Professionally manage your roster of clients, including following up with call notes after meetings and nudging them when they need an extra push.
- Communicate asynchronously with clients in a timely manner
- Leverage Exec technology to engage with clients
- Overall, deliver spectacular service to wonderful clients who are committed to improving their leadership skills!
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Coaching certification from an ICF or CCE accredited organization and 10+ years of work experience. In lieu of a certification, we accept an MBA and 20+ years of senior management experience.
- Bonus: 100+ hours of leadership coaching time in the last 2 years
- College degree, with a bonus for degrees in Psychology, Counseling or Management
- Bonus: Masters or extra certification or training related to leadership coaching
- At least 10+ years of management or leadership experience. Bonus experience in HR, talent development, internal executive coaching, communication coaching, consulting, organizational development and leadership, or executive-level title
- A passion for enabling executives to reach their full potential
- Leadership coaching skills include: team performance management, communication strategies, conflict management strategies, leadership development, prioritization and goal setting, personal accountability, and stress management, etc.
- Bonus: Currently active in a professional coaching organization or equivalent
